User Conduct Policy

To keep Comfycade a welcoming environment for everyone, we enforce strict conduct rules:

Prohibited Actions

  • Engagement farming or artificial interaction loops.
  • Automated script/bot usage.
  • Exploiting bugs in Daily Quests.
  • Spamming the Game Reporting system.

Username Policy

Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful usernames are strictly prohibited. Using such a name is a bannable offense and may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without warning.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Comfycade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. The Virtual Economy

Comfycade features a virtual meta-progression system including Fortune (coins), Companions, and Cosmetics. These items are purely digital assets with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded for cash, or transferred outside of the Comfycade platform. All "earnings" are for entertainment purposes only.

3. Guest Account Warning

Guest accounts are stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser cache, change devices, or use a "private/incognito" window, your progression (including Pet Level and Fortune) may be permanently lost. Comfycade is not responsible for data loss for accounts that have not been linked to a verified email address.

4. Third-Party Content

Comfycade provides a portal to third-party web games. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for the content, uptime, or performance of external game servers. Your use of these games is at your own risk.
